shipping

all pieces are handmade to order. production time is approximately 4–6 weeks depending on current order volume. you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

i offer free shipping to all eu countries as well as switzerland, liechtenstein, norway, the united kingdom and the united states. unfortunately i cannot deliver to other countries. for orders outside the eu, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

once shipped, delivery usually takes: germany 2–4 business days, other eu countries 4–7 business days, switzerland, liechtenstein, norway, the united kingdom and the united states 7–14 business days.

express production and shipping is available on request for an additional fee. if you have a deadline, please reach out before placing your order and i will do my best to accommodate you.

all packages are sent with tracking.

returns

i want you to love your jewelry. if you are not completely satisfied, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, by email, by letter or via the online withdrawal form (festmade.com/widerrufen), and then return it within a further 14 days for a full refund or an exchange. all details can be found in the cancellation policy (festmade.com/widerruf).

please return items in the condition they were sent where possible. pieces made to your individual specification cannot be returned unless defective. this includes, for example, a custom engraving or a bespoke measurement.

to initiate a return, contact me at info@festmade.com or use the online withdrawal form. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. refund will be processed within 7 business days after i receive your return.

exchanges are newly produced once your return is accepted, so the usual 4–6 week production time applies again. if you need a different size or material, please let me know in your return request.

sizing guide

finding the right size is important for your comfort and the longevity of your jewelry.

i recommend getting your fingers professionally sized. you are welcome to visit my studio in munich for this. however, if that is not possible, you can measure at home: wrap a piece of string around your finger at the end of the day when it is warmest, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. compare this with the sizing chart below.
